Training methodology

Board of Directors discussions also form part of the training methodology. It aims at providing an opportunity to the participants to interact and exchange their knowledge and experience with one another; which helps in analyzing and articulation of current juridical issues.

Training programs

Lectures, Moot couts and discourses by eminent scholars and jurists were arranged  on large number of subjects, to equip the trainee Advocate with judicial skills, required to improve the quality of drafting , evidence  with greater stress on subjects such as the rule of law, alternative dispute resolution, framing charge in criminal cases, issues in civil matters, the conduct of a Advocate, etiquettes and manners, self-management Various other topics were also covered, with particular emphasis on civil practise and procedure, case management.

Conferences and seminars

The importance of Conferences and Seminars in enhancing the knowledge of participants of different courses in relation to national and international issues in the field of law is well recognized. So far, yearly ten lectures, two moot courts one international seminar; “IMPROVEMENT OF CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM” have been arranged by the Academy in collaboration with the any one world Foundation.  In the seminars, farmer Judges and renowned jurists from the world participated.   These programmes undoubtedly enabled the officers with different backgrounds and educational qualifications to sit together and develop a culture of discussing different issues of practical relevance and proved fruitful in dissemination of knowledge and development of concrete recommendations
