Legal Rights Forum (LRF) is an independent, non-profit and non governmental organization founded in June 2007. LRF primary focus is the capacity building and empowerment of lawyer/public defenders through skill development, technical support and trainings programs. LRF also engage in a two pillar programming approach to ensure comprehensive legal assistance to needy peoples and criminal justice transformations:

1. To establish a legal resource centre
2. To collect and dissemination of information about justice and peace  
3. To work for the betterment of young advocates
4. To establish and develop a comprehensive network among advocates in Pakistan
5. To build relationship among actors of judiciaries
6. To establish a comprehensive database of juvenile offenders
7. To facilitate needy peoples who are seeking for assistance
